Charter

This year's charter is largely the same as last. There are a few things that I've modified, and have highlighted for all to see.

Key highlights:

• 7 - The terms of this charter will expire at the end of the 2012-2013 season.

• 35b - Rounds 15 & 16 of 2014-2015 season are NOT TRADABLE.
