Request for input - proposed rule changes for 2010-2011

I have created a survey that I want all GMs to complete by early-January.

I'm hoping this is a relatively easy and effective way to collect opinions regarding some of the hot issues needing resolution before the upcoming waiver draft.

A lot of this has been discussed casually between a few people, but I want to bring these issues to everyone's attention.

Please take the survey seriously, and fill it out only once.

If you are unclear about any of the questions, or you have any issues with the survey, or you'd like to go back afterwords and change your answers, email me!

Or if you have any other rule changes not captured in the survey, bring them up!
