Playoff Pool(s)

I am proposing the following "side-bet pool" for any/all takers:

• • Total of Top 7 playoff scorers from your Novarks full-24-man roster (EXCLUDING goalies). Standard point scoring applies.

  • You DO NOT need to submit a roster, simply your best 7 players will count towards your final score.

  • To enter, just tell me (by email) YES / NO if you want to join prior to the playoff start (Wednesday).

  • $10 entry. Winner takes all. (ties are broken by best PPG, ie. least games played).

I'd like to see how this works this year. Perhaps next year this can become an official 'bonus' pool.

Your participation is OPTIONAL. If you don't like the setup, don't join.

I've crunched the numbers. The lucky number 7 was chosen because it's large enough to make things interesting, but small enough that everyone pretty much starts on equal ground.

I'm open to doing a separate playoff draft pool as well...

Assuming enough people are interested.

My suggestion is to do it 6:30 Wednesday at Howl. Worked well last year.

Same as in past years. I think everyone knows the drill here.
